uniVibes is a grassroots event management society stemming from the ANU. Initially ‘The Philosophy Society’, it has kept its roots as a progressive platform for artists and audiences looking for innovative events. This not-for-profit organisation brings together new and established musicians at its many events on campus, venues in the city, and in picturesque locations across Canberra. A historical focus on electronic musicians has now evolved to include bands and a fusion of the two. Keep an eye out for uniJam: seven instrumentalists from the School of Music jamming with a live electronic producer. Branches like this show why uniVibes has flourished in its goal to engineer happiness across the city.
